I have had nothing but excellent service from this shop. They are extremely clear with their diagnostics and proposed repairs, and do solid work, quickly. I am always impressed with how they communicate regularly about the status of their repair – I never wondered when my car was going to be ready, or what was going on with it. I go to them with everything.

Just stopped in for an estimate. The level of honesty and knowledge of these guys is outstanding. They told me what the reality of my situation was, and explained in full detail the process and cost to correct. No sense of rushing, more concerned about being factual and client focused. I also have used them for towing multiple times. Best in the business across the board!

I cannot say enough great things about Kevin, Ben, Mike and the whole team at Lussiers for always being honest with me about what my car needs and what it doesn’t, being fair with estimates, and doing a phenomenal job to where my car now looks like it never had been dinged up in the first place! Being a woman, it’s hard to find a good shop that doesn’t try to take advantage of you, but these guys are the opposite of that, and have a forever customer in me!

Lussier’s is the best! I needed a new control arm for my car and had to have it done immediately. Within an hour of dropping my car off I received an estimate for the repair and it was completed the same day! I unfortunately had another issue – also needed new brakes and rotors – luckily Ben and his team saved the day and again had it done in no time at all! I was under a huge time constraint and these guys came to my rescue.
After dropping my car off they even gave me a ride back to work. They were very professional and friendly! I can’t thank them enough!

I’m a pretty new Lussier’s customer. I used to go to Ruddy’s, but Ruddy Sr. retired and they closed.- Lussier’s fit me in last minute before Christmas for an oil change and a check-engine light diagnosis (though I had never contacted them before) to confirm my Saturn was safe to make a long drive for the holidays. Mike wrote up a (surprisingly low) estimate for the check-engine light issue (bad catalytic converter) and told me the car was safe to drive but would need to be fixed before it could pass another inspection. They just had me pay for the oil change and wouldn’t take anything for the diagnosis and estimate.
So, a week ago the Saturn was totaled (thanks a lot, hit-and-run driver)… I called Lussier’s and offered to pay for the diagnosis and estimate (as now the repair will never get done), but again they wouldn’t take my money.
Today I test-drove a Toyota for sale (to replace totaled car) and liked it. I called Lussier’s to see what a good time for them would be to look it over (I am not a car-savvy person), and they told me I could bring it right over! They looked it over thoroughly and test-drove it themselves, in the process discovering some issues that the seller hadn’t known existed (and that would have been problems for me). To my surprise, again they refused payment.
Ben and Mike (the two I have dealt with directly thus far) have both been really patient and clear in explaining what the problems have been with the two vehicles I brought there. When I finally purchase a car, I will be bringing it to Lussier’s for all work. I have had horrible experiences with dealerships in the past, so it is worth the longer drive from home to get to a mechanic shop that is honest and doesn’t talk over your head.(I am cross-posting this on Google. It’s hard to find good mechanics, so every bit helps. 🙂
